I'm Georgia Wales — the founder of Edit Haus Digital. I spent seven years working in-house across ecommerce businesses of all sizes, close enough to see exactly where brands lose revenue, waste budget, and outgrow the advice they're getting. Edit Haus is what I built when I decided to do something about it.

Working in-house gives you a perspective agencies rarely have. You're not billing hours, you're accountable to the numbers. You see what actually moves revenue and what just looks good in a report. You learn to prioritise fast, work lean, and make decisions with incomplete information.

That's the experience I bring to every client I work with. Not a playbook. Not a framework. A genuine understanding of how ecommerce businesses operate — and what it takes to grow them.

I started Edit Haus because I wanted to build something on my own terms. A studio that works the way I think good work should work; retained, focused, and honest about what's worth doing and what isn't. Small enough to stay hands-on. Deliberate enough to get results.

Outcomes over activity

I don't measure success by hours logged or tasks completed. I measure it by what actually improves; revenue, conversion, retention.

Honest before agreeable

If something isn't working, I'll tell you. If a tactic isn't right for your stage of business, I won't sell it to you.

Retained, not reactive

The best results come from consistent, compounding work, not one-off projects. I work with a small number of clients so the attention is real.

Regional, thinking globally

Based in regional NSW. Working with brands across Australia and internationally. Location has never limited the quality of the work.
